THE ROLE
Our client is looking for Operations Solutions Manager to sit within the heart of their Global Operational Strategy Team to drive transformation across solutions hubs through a connected global network, their proprietary technology and best in-class processes. The team are responsible for managing the deployment of the organisation´s core products and services across their global clients. 
  
This newly created role will work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that all required teams, products and services are connected on a daily basis to deliver the operational strategy roadmap across our clients.
  
Key responsibilities include:
   Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current state of business on specific client projects across global, regional and local teams. Provide assessment findings and develop operational business and process proposals to achieve the desired client goal. Lead the deployment of Global Operations products and services across all global clients. Be the lead contact between all key parties; client, internal senior stakeholders and product owners/development teams, to increase transparency, communication and productivity. Introduce and on-board offshore teams to projects, to ensure long term project success Develop and manage market training and provide support across all products and services. Support the creation of demos for global pitches.   
THE PERSON
You will be a process driven individual who brings strong communication and organisation to the Global Team.
  
Essential skills and experience include:
   Minimum 3 year's experience within a media agency, ideally in an activation, planning, data or operations role. Strong experience with the development or deployment of products and processes that have been designed to optimise any processes related to briefing, planning, activation or reporting within a media agency environment Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail The ability to adapt and ‘learn-as-you-go' to new technology and processes The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment In-depth knowledge of and a passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape
