You'll work within a diverse feature team supporting the Site Reliability Engineering practices within the engineering and applied science fieldsYou'll use your knowledge and experience of development or testing to improve our products with languages like Java, React and PythonYou'll share with and learn from our teams and the wider organisation to ensure our customers benefit from industry leading practicesYou'll work with our DevOps Engineers to maintain a CI pipeline, and move towards CDYou'll work with all our engineers to create monitoring/alerting systems and dashboardsWhat we're looking forWe're looking for the kind of person that:Doesn't think of food when we say Cucumber or GherkinThinks BDD, TDD, CI, and CD aren't random collections of letters, and is comfortable with eachSoftware Engineering background, whether that's with UI, backend or testKnowledge of agile development practicesExperience across the entire software development process from inception, through build to productionExcitement about enabling others to achieve greater results than one can achieve aloneHas a growth mindset, and loves learningThe ultimate measure of success is working software in production with a team that is continually challenged, motivated, mentored and supported where necessary.
