Join our Cloud Engineering practice without relevant skills or experience in data, AI, or technology and after 15 weeks of salaried, instructor-led training in the latest technical and professional skills, you'll work for a leading UK client where you will apply the skills acquired to real-world projects and lay the foundations for a career in next-generation technology.

You will also have access to ongoing development opportunities post-training including accreditations from tech partners such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Collibra, and more, plus a bespoke learning portal that will be available to you throughout your employment with Kubrick and beyond. Lastly, you will be supported from day one of training and throughout your client projects by our Readiness and Consultant Success teams, to ensure you get the most out of your experience with Kubrick.

The role:

As a Cloud Engineer, you will work closely with data engineers, data product consultants, and machine learning engineers to ensure a project is delivered safely, reliably, and within the desired time scales. It's a hugely varied role with plenty of growth opportunities and the chance to make a tangible impact.

Organisations across the globe rely on cloud engineering as before the cloud, everything was extremely manual, and the level of risk was high. Now, cloud engineers are able to test data and software products before they are implemented at a much faster rate, run quality checks, make last minute changes to the product, and deliver them in a cost-effective manner without impacting quality.

Cloud Engineering also enables organisations to continuously update their products at ease, quickly recover from product outages, and access products from anywhere across the globe.  This is hugely beneficial for all industries which is why cloud engineers are in extreme demand.

What we need from you:

1 degree (STEM and non-STEM subjects welcome)

Strong problem-solving skills

The ability to think logically and work under pressure

Flexible on location as our consultants often work across the UK

The salary:

Your salary will increase every 6 months post-training:

£33,000 in the first half of year 1, rising to £34,000 in the second half

£42,500 in the first half of year 2, rising to £45,000 in the second half

If you remain with us into year 3, your salary will increase to £54,000 in the first half of the year and £58,000 in the second half.
