A leading financial services organisation is currently searching for a Business Analyst with experience in Customer Communication Management on a 6 month contract basis.

It will be £550 per day via an umbrella company and working within a hybrid capacity from their London or Copley office.

Requirements for the role are;5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst on a large scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) digitisation/transformation projects.Knowledge and experience of Customer Communication Management (CCM) software (for example, EngageOne, Precisely, Opentext Dialogue, Quadrient)Knowledge of how to elicit requirements for CCM design, and how to create complex development specificationsExperience working with various CCM formats, such as, PostScript, AFP & PDFPrevious experience within the Financial Services
