Graduate C++ Developer (Computer Vision)

Leicester

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Holiday + Pension + Progression

Excellent opportunity for a Graduate C++ Software Developer to utilise cutting edge technologies, learn new skills and progress their career in a computer vision imaging system specialist.

This company are well established and have been thriving for over 50 years, they have a range of products and equipment specialising in colour and visual assessments for major retailers and international businesses.

In this role you will work on their core computer vision product to create new software modules. You will be involved in managing the source control system and creating tests for the automated testing. You will make suggestions for solutions, new tools and technologies and learn new skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree (BSc or Masters) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar subject. You will be confident with C++ coding. Experience in Computer Vision with OpenCV would be highly advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a C++ Software Developer to work on exciting computer vision projects, learn new skills and influence technical decisions for the business in a thriving colour specialist.

The Role:

*1 to 1 mentoring from the lead developer

*Learning new skills

*Maintaining and bug fixing existing applications

*Creating and modifying new applications and features

The Person:

*Degree Education in Computer Science or related topic (BSc or MSc)

*Experience in Computer Vision

*Experience in OpenCV is highly desirable

*Commutable to Leicester
