ABOUT YOU

You are a self-starter with a passion for learning everything about Microsoft 365 and Cloud technology. You're technically minded but you also understand the importance of excellent client service. You're tenacious and don't like to give up until you've found a solution. IT is your calling, you're organised, bright, and know you have more to offer within a talented team.

ABOUT THE ROLE (remote and in office working)

Internal training and mentorship are key to the growing team's success, and you will be guided by experienced Cloud Consultants and Project Managers. By showing intelligence and an eagerness to learn you will be given freedom to develop new skills in a wide range of cutting-edge technologies.

Supported by a team of true experts you will assist with rollouts and projects at existing clients, plus onboarding new business. Rollouts of Microsoft 365 tools including OneDrive, Teams, and Intune will make up part of this project role, plus direct involvement in email and other migrations. You will gain insight into our clients and have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers from all teams across the business.

Training in Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications, including options in Modern Desktop are crucial to your development and we will support your journey to qualification.

YOUR BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

- Experience administering Office 365

- Excellent troubleshooting on Windows and Macs

- Professional IT Support experience - onsite and remotely

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have one of the following certifications, OR be working towards one with provable experience:

- Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD100 & MD101)

- Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS100 & MS101)
