Job Title: Learning Technologist / Digital Learning Designer

Location: Suffolk

Salary: Up to £36,000 per year (Experience Dependent)

Job type: Permanent, Full time.

The Role:

IKON is a recognised provider of the highest quality training Nationwide to individuals dealing with and managing challenging behaviour within the workplace.

Excellent communication skills are required. You will research and champion the use of new technologies. Design, present, and train the new initiatives, with supporting resources for our in-house training team, external clients, and delegates. The successful candidate will be educated to a degree level or professional qualification and will also be a member of the Association for Learning Technology or other recognised professional body.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

To lead the development and implementation of technology-enhanced learning initiatives.

The role will involve designing resources and supporting colleagues with the use of technologies in learning and teaching (L&T).

Understanding of Instructional and Learning Design principles.

Able to plan, write and project manage significant company policy around digital strategy.

Observe and evaluate trainer-led sessions and report progress to the Training & Development Manager and company board of directors.

Place of work IKON Head office, Ipswich Suffolk (hybrid options available).

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Qualification in teaching and learning or training with knowledge of online training delivery.

Proven knowledge of supporting and using technology that supports teaching and learning, including Office 365 Applications, to a high standard.
