Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a nationwide leading FM business, with plenty of training and long-term development to progress your career to more senior roles.

With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management, FM and civil engineering. They are seeking an additional Quantity Surveyor to be based at their Cardiff site.

In this role you'll be preparing tender estimates, producing measurements for POAs and Final Accounts, providing budget costs, as well as measuring project quantities from drawings and specs. This role will also involve some travelling to project location for site surveying.

THE ROLE:

*Tender estimated for Facilities projects

*Commercial pricing

*Prepping sales backup info based on analysis of job costs

*Some travel to customer location when required

*Based at their Cardiff offices

THE PERSON:

*Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying position

*Certification/Degree in Building Services of Quantity Surveying preferred

*Full Drivers License
