Senior iOS Engineer - Retail Mobile LabLloyds Banking Group, Business & Commercial Banking, Group Transformation, Location: London based with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week once we return to a normal working pattern post-COVID. Salary & Benefits: £61,176.00 - £99,411.00 GBP base salary (dependant on experience), plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.We also offer flexible working hours, agile working practices and regular home working. About the role We're looking for a self- motivated Senior iOS Engineer contribute to the technical leadership team's work of driving the technology and future of the platform. You'll have technical know-how from crafting, developing, and producing mobile components and services, stakeholder management working closely with strategy and UX/UI Design teams to architect, design and implement solutions and you love mentoring and educating less experienced developers. Security is at the heart of everything we do at LBG and our Engineers contribute to building a secure culture. It'll feature as a key part of your role - having a secure mindset to provide strong and resilient business solutions that safeguard our business and customers from security threats.

What we're looking for:Excellent knowledge of Swift and iOS SDK and experience in building mobile applications for iOSGood understanding of architecture patterns, design principles, interface guidelines and best practicesExperience in writing unit tests, UI automation and CI/CD and automation toolsStrong knowledge of Apple UI design principles, interface guidelines, patterns, and best practicesExperience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirement and an interest in benchmarking and optimisationProficient in code versioning tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Fastlane It would also be great if you had :Cloud message APIs and push notificationsHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design as well as knowledge of RESTful APIs and web servicesMVVM architecture, RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services i.e., PromiseKitExperience with Agile principles and methodologies and usage of related tools - JIRA and Confluence What would you get in return?We'll give you stretch as well as an energising and informal environment.
