£40,000 - £45,000 + 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Company Car/Van
Excellent opportunity for a Small Works Project Manager join a reputable residential contractor in the a role that offers responsibility from day one.

Established for over 30 years this well respected housing contractor prides themselves on delivering a high quality service to all clients and have therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have helped increase their workload, catalysing them into a period of expansion and have impressive growth plans in place. Due to this growth they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Project Manager to join their company.
In this role you will be working alongside division manager to deliver premium small works construction projects. This will include supervising kitchen and bathroom installations as well as structural repairs and maintenance. You will also managing members of staff and sub-contractors across 2-3 live sites at one time.
