£35,000 - £50,000 + Training + Autonomy + Company Car + Holiday + Pension

Do you have experience as a Contracts Manager or related within the construction field, looking to join a market leading company in a varied role?

On offer is an interesting position where you will be given autonomy and excellent training to succeed in the position and develop your career.

This well established company are market leaders in their field. During the pandemic they thrived with projects that included work with nightingale hospitals, universities and more. They are now looking to grow their team with keen and enthusiastic individuals.

In this role you will be office based with regular site visits across the South West, managing several projects by liaising between colleagues and clients to ensure contracts are fulfilled on time and to meet the client specifications.

The ideal candidate will have previous Contracts Management experience within construction or similar fields. Ideally if you have knowledge of steel or metalwork that would be highly beneficial, but is not required.

The Role:

*Monday - Friday, 40 hours

*Office based with regular site visits across the South West (no stays away)

*Leading several contracts to ensure they are completed to client specifications

*Liaising regularly with clients and colleagues

The Person:

*Contracts Management experience within a construction field

*Steel/ metalwork experience or knowledge is beneficial but not required
