Exciting opportunity with a world-leading manufacturing business for someone from a manufacturing Quality background to set up their very own department and team, and make a real impact on the development of one of the company's fastest-growing sites

Do you have experience of Quality work in a Manufacturing environment? Do you have experience of leading a small team?

This company are a large manufacturer turning raw materials into high-end products for various industries. They are looking to add an all-new Quality department to one of their fastest-growing sites and as a result are looking to take on a new Quality Manager to shape the new department, grow the team and implement high-quality standards across the site.

This role will involve direct management and supervision of the quality team on the manufacturing site. You will ensure that all company activities are in compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO9001 across all areas of plant operations, this will also involve the use of Continuous Improvement techniques to establish higher quality standards and reduce waste.

* Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

* Managing, supervising and expanding the site's Quality team

* Ensure all plant operations comply with relevant standards

* Experience of Quality work in a Manufacturing or Production environment

* Ability to lead a team

* Continuous Improvement skills/Qualifications desirable but not essential
