Pipeline Developer Remote / London to £60k

Pipeline Developer (Python Qt Shotgun Visual Effects VFX) *Remote*. Would you like an opportunity to step into the world of ground-breaking visual effects and utilise your skillset to help create powerful VFX? You could be joining an award-winning company that have worked on several well-known films and TV shows.

As a Pipeline Developer, you'll work with your team to design, test, deploy, and maintain the company's VFX pipeline and will be writing tools in Python to support the Visual Effects team work. You'll collaborate with a small team of talented Software Developers, Assistant Technical Directors, and Tech Support on a variety of exciting projects, using a diverse, modern technology stack including Python, Qt and Shotgun in a TDD environment.

Based in London, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team. You won't be expected to be in the office every day and can work remotely is preferred.

Requirements:

You have previous Python software development experience

You enjoy writing clean, efficient code

You have experience with source code control systems such as Git

You have experience with some of the following tools: QT via Python, Nuke, Mari, Hiero; render management software such as Deadline, Tractor, Grid Engine; Nuke/Maya API development and Shotgun toolkit

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
