THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a new Technology Director to sit within the heart of their Global Team, at the forefront of technology and innovation whilst driving client/agency growth and transformation. You will work closely with digital strategists, data scientists and media planners and guide clients though deep technical relationship partnerships.
  
Key responsibilities include:
   Oversee set up of all adtech platforms, not limited to media. Lead adtech integration with client own martech, retail media and commerce technologies. Track data collection through tools and platforms. Pilot and scale new concepts and advertising technologies to drive incremental value. Support the performance hub enhancing advertising technology solutions to drive performance campaigns across commerce, retail, search, social and programmatic. Manage relationships with key advertising technology partners. Develop impact assessments to identify cookie dependency. Provide leadership in defining roadmaps, strategies and pilots within cookie depreciation for a cookielss future Provide POV on various questions and challenges, given changes in ecosystem and new vendors Lead solution architecture for global clients and provide technical expertise around products, integration, data and audience strategy, helping translate business requirements into proposals and SOWS. identity within practical assessments. Collaborate with Audience Strategy and Data Strategy leads to drive technical and business requirements whilst translating them into client proposals and SOWs. Effectively manage cross-functional initiatives and develop relationships across agencies and partners.   
  
THE PERSON
You will be a passionate individual who brings strong communication and curiosity to the Global Team. You will possess strong analytical, problem solving and client facing skills whilst providing strong technical knowledge of advertising, retail media and commerce technology platforms.
  
Essential requirements include:
   Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications. Minimum 4 year's experience in ad tech with a strong focus on cross device and omnichannel consumer experience, at least 2 year´s of which should be in a client facing role. A strong understanding of persona id, retail and commerce platforms. Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform. Extensive experience in paid and owned media platform integrations as well as a strong understanding of how regulations like CCPA and GDPR are impacting marketing channels Strong experience in creating proposals and SOWs to showcase how IDs drive media efficacy. Key experience with cloud databases and CDPs is a bonus.   
The role offers hybrid working, where you will be in the office 2 days a week, as required. The office space is open, fun and inspiring, with its own on-site catering and situated in a lively location near to lots of local eateries, gyms and shopping. Paying up to £70k pa for the right person and with a great benefits package.
