I am working with a University who are looking for an Oracle Developer for a 12 month contract. Due to new regulatory changes from the Office for Students, the Higher Education sector is going through a large change programme in the way they provide statutory data regarding their students. Universities are now required to submit student data to funding bodies several times a year which means their systems have to developed accordingly to deal with these changes. Their current Oracle database isn't set up for users to extract information from this on a regular basis so they are looking for an oracle developer to be able to make changes to their current systems. You will be required to develop scripts that grabs and populates data in results tables then produce an XML file. The data model is provided by the office for students, so you will not need to create this. I am looking for a good oracle developer who is experienced developing oracle databases. Skills that are required Oracle PL/SQL, any oracle forms will be a bonus.
