SC Cleared Solutions Architect | 6 Months | INSIDE IR35 | Remote/Occasional Travel to Birmingham/Warrington Here at Jefferson Frank we are proud to be continuously supporting a large consultancy in business and IT in pursuit of looking for a (SC CLEARED) Solutions Architect for a government client.NON NEGOTIABLES: Must have an active Security ClearanceA Single British National Key Security Cleared Solutions Architect skills & experience: In-depth knowledge of architecture methodologies and frameworks and extensive experience of their application.

* Broad and up-to-date knowledge of IT capabilities and services including cloud computing, end user computing, on premise hosting, identity and access management, virtualisation, application development and management, secure gateways (and their impact on client server solutions), management infrastructure and cross-domain solutions.

Experience of connecting multiple secure systems and methods of data sharing (api, xml, json, file transfer etc)

Understanding of implications of connecting networks of differing security levels and possibilities of data flow between the networks

* Experience of technical design and formal review of technical solutions.

* Experience of the effective adoption and implementation of IT standards and frameworks.

* Experienced in effective decision making.

Pragmatic approach to solution designs within high secure environments

Experience of data migration approaches for mission critical solutions

Experience of multi vendor hosting environments and managing engagement of the vendors and their delivery of solutions within. Key Security Cleared Solutions Architect Responsibilities:development of architecture standards, policies, patterns and blueprints;

* development of roadmaps and solution transition states;

* design, review and contribution to technology and data solutions;

* supporting and contributing to reviews of the Customer governance processes for Systems Integration activity;

* design support for the integration of new services (and Suppliers) into the Customer eco-system;

* design support for the exit and decommissioning of existing services from the Customer eco-system (including for Services not supplied by the Supplier);

* skills transfer and activity in support of developing the Customer's Architecture and Systems Integration capability;

* developing architecture and design artefacts including attending and presenting at Customer architecture boards and forums as required;

* providing architecture and design support to Customer projects; and

* delivery of architecture and design artefacts into Customer repositories and utilising agreed Customer tool sets.
