Bring your business and solutions analyst skills to the heart of parliament, where as part of the Information Systems team you will play a vital role in developing innovative solutions for the House of Commons and the House of Lords.

This is a great opportunity to get to grips with complex business areas within Parliament, and to gain an in-depth insight into the types of applications that Parliament uses and supports. As a valued member of our analytical community, you'll be encouraged to develop innovative solutions that can be utilised time and time again.

Your duties will cover a wide range of interesting challenges and will include:

using your business analysis skills to get to grips with complex business areas within Parliament, and drive successful change through viable technical solutions.

primarily working on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, though you will also provide support to the wider business analysis community in analysing applications in HR and Finance, Procedural, Facilities and Core services.

supporting Members of both Houses, their staff, house staff, suppliers and other key stakeholders in understanding and analysing customer requirements.

identifying a range of potential solutions to a broad range of issues and working with the technical experts within the team to determine which solution is most suitable.

building relationships across the Digital Service and Parliament, so that solutions can be re-used wherever possible across both Houses, thereby eliminating duplication of effort, and building a large network of connections across the organisation.

ensuring that your recommendations are being delivered to the customer.
