They are looking to invest into the future of the business and are therefore looking to recruit a Commercial Manager that they will succession plan to become the Head of Commercial.

As the Commercial Manager you will play an integral part of their client facing team, playing a key role in ensuring client projects are effectively planned, and that they are delivered on time and to budget. You will oversee the preparation of capital cost estimates, preparing pricing documents, commercial evaluation and negotiate with tenderers. You will lead a team 4 ambitious quantity surveyors where you will be looking to support, develop and upskill them. The role sits within the Senior Leadership team where you will be key in driving the growth and success of the business.

This exciting opportunity would therefore ideally suit either an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of mentoring staff or a hands on Commercial Manager who is looking to take the next step to become the Head of Commercial.
