This company offer a range of specialist hardware and software applications that help clients to run their processes quickly and efficiently. They are now looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer
to play a fundamental part in the company's growth and exciting projects.
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with internal customer and client support for the company's products and general IT issues, whilst building good relationships and ensuring good service is carried out. You will manage domain names, websites, emails, backups, testing and deployment of new applications.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Windows Applications, MacOS, Linux, Networking, Firewalls, and similar other applications linked to IT support and have previous experience in IT Support, 2nd / 3rd Line Support roles.
