Excellent role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a new and expanding company where you will be working on interesting modular health care projects whilst having the opportunity to progress and develop your career.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Health Care or Modular industry? Are you looking to join an innovative company who are rapidly expanding?

This company specialise in clinical health care spaces. They provide and design turnkey solutions for hospitals and clinical areas. They are experts in the area and have a wealth of knowledge of the full process from start to finish. Having only been established for the past few years, they are starting to see huge growth due to considerable, lucrative contracts being won. Due to this growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that budgets and estimates are produced for all projects. In this role you will be a key part of their client facing team, playing a role in ensuring client projects are effectively planned, and that they are delivered on time and to budget. You will prepare capital cost estimates, preparing pricing documents, commercial evaluation and negotiate with tenderers. Whilst working on a number of complex projects you will be given exposure to exciting projects and opportunities to deal directly with their clients. Your duties will include but not be subject to the whole procurement process from tender enquiries, appraisals and order placement all the way to valuation processing and final accounts. You will also be doing monthly valuations (CBR), attending development meetings and chairing where necessary.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor who has experience working on a variety of construction projects in different sectors including the health care industry and someone who enjoys being client side and dealing directly with clients. You will have experience of working on commercial projects and understand the full project lifecyle. The ideal candidate will therefore have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the health care construction industry who is looking to contribute to a growning company's continued success.
