SAP Payroll LeadLondon
£93,000 per annum
We are currently in the market for a Payroll Lead with focus on SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll for a key consultancy client of ours based in London.
Responsibilities:
The Payroll Lead will be a HCM / Payroll expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of payroll related client workshops. In addition, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed. An ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants is also required.
The right candidate will provide functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll. They will be proficient in leading workshops with the client, manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design. A Lead will also be expected to provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.
Requirements:
- Extensive expertise in SAP Payroll with experience in solutioning using the SAP Payroll tool-set
- UK and Irish Payroll knowledge
- Strong Functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for the UK & Ireland
- Experience of implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, mashups
- Involved in a minimum of 3 End to End Payroll implementations
- Certification in SAP HCM Payroll and Employee Central Payroll
