My client is looking global creative marketing agency for client facing project managers/account managers with the ability to manage multimedia adaptation briefings for a massive household name from start to final delivery.Role: project managers/account managersJob type: Contract
Day Rate: £200-280 p/d inside IR35
Location: Remote, Need to be UK based
Length: 3 months
RequirementsA great candidate will succeed in communication and adaptability, ensuring deliverables across AV, Print and Digital are always met and expectations with key stakeholders are managed and work directly with a house hold name of an end client to deliver their projects.TasksPersistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIsManage projects from brief to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest qualityFollow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools - FIDO, Trados etc.Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc) and external (Clients and Agencies)Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedules, timings, delays ect.Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendationEnsure Schedules, technical specs and copy dates are obtained and correct, report any delays to Account DirectorsCheck all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs ect.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before sending to clients
