D365 FO Functional Delivery Manager/Solutions Architect

The Delivery Manager's experience involves a mix of business and technology consulting across the life cycle of IT (examples may include assessment and analysis, design, business case development, architecture, envisioning, planning, deployment, benefits analysis, and management). Responsibilities include:

* Apply domain expertise to identify, prioritize, and provide innovative approaches to achieve business value via Dynamics 365 FO solutions, combined with SIS IP offerings, which directly support and trace back to business drivers.

* Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities

* Apply advanced analytical skills and expert experience in large scale management of Dynamics Solutions to produce a solution design that meets the customer's requirements and a solution architecture that provides a basis for technical scope from configuration to integration

* Help account team identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities, including:

o Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales process (including channel partners and prospects as appropriate)

o Help translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work

o Assist in contract negotiations, as needed

o Continually drive add-on business within existing projects

* The FDM will demonstrate leadership on the SIS mission while exhibiting awareness and focus on our core values: customer service & satisfaction, commitment, communication, courtesy & professionalism, and overall care for other associates and the community at large.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Responsible for overall solution developed for client

* Ownership for Analysis, Requirements, Design Phases of projects

* Approval of Gap design

* Works closely with Program Manager to develop and implement overall delivery methodology

* Oversight on Delivery Q&A

* Mentoring and training of Consultants

* Taking on a Senior Consultant & Solution Architect role in engagements where necessary

Technical Skills

- Multiple full-cycle Dynamics 365 FO implementations

- Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide AX implementation with focus on presales/business development as well as engagement delivery

- Experience leveraging Sure Step or other methodologies to increase delivery quality and consistency

- Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of actually doing all phases of an application delivery project

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 FO ISV offerings a plus

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO certifications a plus

Other Qualifications

- BS/BA/MBA Degree

- Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills

- Experience in forming and leading virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrixes organizations

- Proven record of delivering business value from IT at an executive level

- Ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table

- Fast learner/self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic

- Effective listening, communication and great analysis skills

- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
