Job DescriptionJefferson Frank is looking for engineers to help build the first decentralized, algorithmic market-making protocol for long-tail assets' centralized exchange pairs. We are a lean, venture-backed startup building a team of engineers to architect and develop the first iteration of our protocol. The Quantitative Developer will be responsible for building the trading strategies that drive our protocol. This person will devise the market-making strategies which will put capital to use via the network. They will engage in early development and transition towards a more researched-focused role. They will build the tooling to measure performance and manage risk across the protocol.Role & ResponsibilitiesPython development experienceAlgorithmic trading experience, preferably market-makingPrior professional career as a quantitative developerCryptocurrency trading experience greatly preferred
