Sustainability Manager

£40'000 - £45'000 + Progression + Pension + Holidays + Generous Package

Do you have a background in sustainability management, carbon reporting and net zero delivery?

Are you looking to join a leading energy efficiency specialist in an autonomous role where you can play a pivotal part in the growth and success of the business?

This rapidly expanding consultancy are leading the way in the energy efficiency market as they strive towards net zero carbon targets. They provide a bespoke service to suit the customers needs, including advice on how to improve energy efficiency, renewable projects and arranging energy renewals.

In this role, the sustainability manager will be responsible delivering the social value strategy for the group throughout the business, whilst also supporting private and public sector clients with their own sustainability strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in sustainability management, carbon reporting and net zero delivery, and excellent knowledge of ISO standards (14001 & 50001).

The Role:

*Delivery of Social Value Strategy across the business

*Supporting and implementing new initiatives

*Engage with key stakeholders and senior management

*Manage ISO 14001 and 50001 across the group

*Work with public and private sector clients on sustainability objectives

*Some travel required for site visits

The Person:

*Proven background in sustainability management

*Qualification in related discipline i.e. environmental, sustainability etc.

*Excellent knowledge of ISO standards (14001 / 50001)

*Qualifications in environmental assessment models i.e. BREEAM

*IT Literate

*Full UK Driving License with flexibility to travel
