Quality Systems Administrator - (Medical Devices)Our client is a medical device company who operate globally and are currently hiring for their site in London. They manufacture and design blood filters and the technology uses targeted magnetic beads which bind specifically to the targets in the bloodstream. The Device is designed to integrate with existing hospital equipment.PositionThe Quality Systems Administrator will be responsible for the co ordination of Quality Management System (QMS), creating reports, preparing data for upload and monitor quality processes to ensure KPI's are met. The main responsibilities include day to day activities associated with Quality Management Systems ensuring they are implemented and compliant to ISO 13485, providing support to users of QMS and assisting with configurations using the internal platform.ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Systems Administrator will be authoring work instructions to support the QMS processes.Preparing data and files for upload of new and existing documents, records, and product data.The Quality Systems Administrator will be providing support to users of QMS.Tracking quality processes to ensure timely completion and alignment with KPIsThe Quality Systems Administrator will be creating reports from the QMS to provide meaningful monitoring and measurement data to process.
