On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a PMO Analyst for a 6 Month contract based remotely.Purpose of the Role:Running a massive programme - transformation financial crime program - gaps in procedures that need to be addressed. Case management system - bringing the new system in, testing it and running it. Making sure it fits the environment.As a PMO Analyst you will be responsible for:New requirement. More spread across protect value workstream - working in fraud, AML financial crime.Lots of dependency on other areas.PMO planner, working in Jira, planning effectively to be able to support the teams.Can work across the value stream and dip and support the teams in managing the teams effectively. Managing the plans in JIRA is essentialWhat we require from the candidate:Experience of working in a regulated programme of work, where governance is requiredExperience of Financial / Economic Crime operations and/or changeExperience of using Jira to manage and plan work effectively is essentialExperience in a PMO Planner type role to support large programmes of work across multiple value streamsExperience of using Change tools such as Jira & Confluence to manage work and report effectively and efficiently.Knowledge of programme governance, assurance and controls across a large programme of work.Excellent verbal, written and presentation delivery skills with an ability to explain decisions confidently and clearly.An in-depth understanding of risk management, control standards/ guardrails within a Delivery team.Strong negotiating, networking, and influencing skills.The ability to prioritise a busy workload and plan efficiently to meet quarter goals and objectives.Excellent change initiative knowledge with extensive experience of delivery.Subject matter knowledge and expertise on delivery managementThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.AMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment Business
