Software Engineer London / WFH to £95k

Software Engineer / React Native Developer *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a skilled Software Engineer with strong React Native skills looking for an opportunity to progress your career in a senior, hands-on role?

You could be joining a "Tech for Good" start-up and working collaboratively with a small team on an app to empower cancer patients to manage their own health and well being throughout their treatment.

As a React Native Developer you will take ownership of the development of the core product, it intelligently integrates data on medications, symptoms and side-effects with lifestyle data such as exercise, sleep and diet, using AI to understand patterns and triggers in the data as well as enabling direct access to medical staff.

This is a senior role where you'll be a key member of the product and engineering team, providing React Native expertise and with responsibility for the ongoing improvement and development of the patient-facing mobile application, collaborating with the Lead UI/UX Designer. The app is written in React Native with a Python / Flask backend hosted on AWS.

There's a remote interview process and you'll be able to work from home the majority of the time, meeting up with the team in the London office once a week (Thursdays).

Requirements:

You're a skilled software engineer with strong commercial React Native development skills

You're excited to work for a start-up where you can make a real difference on a worthwhile product

You place a heavy emphasis on code quality and ideally have experience with Detox testing and CircleCI

Ideally you will also have js experience and knowledge of the React / Redux ecosystem and AWS services

You're collaborative and have a genuine enthusiasm for technology

As a Software Engineer / React Native Developer you will earn a competitive salary (to £95k) plus share options / equity.
