I'm looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a background in managing £15m+ new build, refurbishment, and estates Projects. You will be responsible to assist in the planning, supervision, and delivery of a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to develop their career in a client side project management role on a diverse range of projects across an impressive estate portfolio. Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytic mind, great organisations skills, and provide high quality management to projects ensuring you hit deadlines. Projects range from £15m - £20m across various campuses.
