Account Director Leeds / WFH to £85kAccount Director (Scaled Agile SAFe). Do you have experience of managing enterprise scale clients? You could be progressing your career in a senior, impactful role at a long established Digital Agency that works with a number of large, well known brands.As an Account Director will manage a portfolio of large, complex accounts and guide them through their digital transformation; typically multi-vendor environments forming large engineering teams using Scaled Agile as the delivery model. You'll be responsible for lean delivery, team performance, revenue and profitability.Typically you'll be managing stakeholders across the c-suite, architects, portfolio / service owners, senior product managers and designers to ensure that clients regard the business as a key partner in solving their business challenges. You will also provide line management and mentoring to a around ten Technical Account Leads with their own reports.Following a remote interview and onboarding process you will work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the Leeds office around twice a month.Requirements:You have strong experience of delivering large scale programmes of work in an agency / consultancy / software house environment covering multiple workstreams using multi-vendor delivery teamsYou have a thorough understanding of Scaled Agile SAFe methodologyYou have experience of managing revenue and profitability and have strong negotiation skillsYou have advanced stakeholder management skills, are empathic and pragmaticYou have strong leadership qualities and enjoy developing othersYou're self motivated and accountable As an Account Director you will earn a competitive salary (to £85k) plus a range of perks and benefits.Apply now or call 01372 476 575 to find out more about this Account Director (Scaled Agile SAFe) opportunity.
