2nd Line / 3rd Line Support Engineer Stockport £30,000 - £35,000 + Holidays + Hybrid + Pension + Education An amazing opportunity for an established 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support Engineer to develop within an established and growing company in an exciting role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the companies managed SME clients and internal technical support is being run smoothly. On offer is a chance to further your experience within the IT sector and work with the latest technologies. Due to the nature of the role, it would be a hybrid role where you would be expected to travel to required sites when needed. The company are eager to be able to provide training on Azure and Microsoft qualifications. The company is a privately owned company and market leader with different offices across the UK. They are a multi-million pound turned business and they have several well-known customers in their focused industry. Due to organic growth, they are now looking for a 2nd Line / 3rd line Support Engineer to join their Manchester team. This is a role where you will be able to challenge existing skills with your current knowledge gained from your IT career. Acting as a 2nd Line / 3rd Line Support Engineer you will ensure the services hold to the companies SLA's, be able to maintain existing IT assets, diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 year's experience in a helpdesk role. Also, will have experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 7/10, and exposure to infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to work with the latest IT technologies, work with a Microsoft gold partner and further your IT career with the company being able to invest on further education.
