A well-known Semiconductor company in Austria is looking for am experience Digital Verification Engineer with knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog as well as programming languages such as C/C++, Python or Perl. In this role, your keen attention to detail and quality will be key while working with test plans, test cases, analysis and debugging of test results. This is a great opportunity to be part of strong team of Semiconductor professionals that support world class products and technology that achieves more, consumes less and is accessible to everyone. International applicants are welcome, visa will be provided as well as work permit for Austria.In your new role you will: Translate design requirements to a test & verification plan, maintain the test plan throughout a projectDevelop test cases based on functional requirements
Make use of active advancement of methods and tool development
Perform analysis and debug of test results, refinement and documentation of test cases
Do scripting and automation
Perform design and test case review
Demonstrate clear and consistent communication with design, verification, and application teamsYou are best equipped for this task if you have: A university master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable education
3-5 years or more of experience in verification techniques
Good knowledge of digital design processes
Experience in leading a team of engineers towards product development projects
Working knowledge of preferably Verilog and SystemVerilog (SysVerilog is preferred language)
Working knowledge of C/C++, Python or Perl programming languages
Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment and shell programming
Experience with industry standard tools and methodologies
Experience with embedded processors/ firmware development is a plus
Experience with ISO26262 Functional Safety is a plus
