The GLA is looking for an experienced and skilled Business Analyst to play an important role in our ambitious digital transformation programme.

You will be required to carry out a combination of process analysis, requirements gathering, wireframing and working with developers, engineers and technical architects to translate requirements into solutions.

As well as being an excellent oral and digital communicator, you will be analytical, unafraid to challenge constructively and equally comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team as well as by themselves.

This role will be based at London Fire Brigade's Head Office (Union Street SE1 0LL).

GLA staff are hybrid working up to 3 days a week in our offices and remotely depending on their role. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office.
