Principal Software Developer London / WfH to £100k

Principal Software Developer / Engineer (Java Kotlin TypeScript React) *Hybrid WFH*. Are you a highly skilled Software Developer looking for an opportunity to progress your career and make an impact whilst remaining hands-on and working with a modern tech stack?

You could be joining a scale-up technology consultancy that are using AI and Machine Learning to manage and store data for big name construction clients as they embark on a project to build a SaaS product.

As a Principal Software Developer you'll take ownership and run projects across the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering and qualification through to design, development and solution delivery. You'll architect and design complex systems, providing technical leadership and mentoring as an advocate of best practice and Agile ways of working.

Following a remote interview you'll be able to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the City based offices one day week.

Requirements:

You have a breadth of software engineering experience; particularly with Java JVM languages, Kotlin also required

You also have frontend development skills ideally including React and TypeScript

You have excellent communication skills, enjoy collaborating with colleagues to solve business problems

You're able to take ownership, make the tech decisions and are happy with mentoring and developing others

You have an interest and desire to work with AI and Machine Learning data focussed products
