About The Role The Divestiture Management Office will facilitate and drive quantification and realisation rigor into the development lifecycle of programmes that support the Product Operating Model and the outcomes aligned to the Agile Release Train (ART). The DMO will work on tracking value realised across a broad scope of programmes and transformation activities across the agile release trains.
This Senior DMO (SDMO) role will require close collaboration with the Lead DMO and Release Train Engineer (RTE), as well as working with teams within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) as appropriate. This role will work on end-to-end alignment to business value, from providing input on the ART set by Product Managers to tracking the objectives and goals on the work that has been delivered by the trains. The Senior DMO must work with the Lead DMO and ART to establish the minimum metrics needed to assess progress, including: OKR's, Quality, time to market etc.
They must also ensure that assurance health checks are undertaken with ARTs for continuous adherence to lean governance standards and the ongoing flow of value. The SDMO helps to: Ensure the focus is on the ‘right work' and supports continuous and early feedback on current initiatives, maintaining an accurate record of spend to value and helping the ART to make the necessary adjustments to meet its targets. Support coordination across the portfolio's ARTs, maintaining alignment between strategy and execution, and supporting continued operational excellence. Drive the measuring of ART's performance and support dynamic adjustments to budgets to maximise value across the portfolio. And You Will Have Working knowledge of value realisation frameworks Experience in supporting multiple information systems projects. Experience in an agile / scrum environment with a demonstrated appreciation for large enterprise standards. Able to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences to influence decision making and understanding of dependencies. Strong ability to interpret dashboards; ability to analyse data and present it in a way that tells a story. Proven track record of working with a cross-functional process or IT delivery team in a large Enterprise environment. Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework's Portfolio Management methodology. Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and Programme management life-cycle methodologies and standards. Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills across all stakeholder groups. Hours: 35 - Mon to Fri 9am - to 5pm
