A multinational Semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join their growing team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will have a number of vacancies that include:Definition of test sequencesValidate test packagesWafer and final testSupport the definition of DFT featuresTo be considered for the Senior Test Engineer vacancy, you must have experience with the development of mixed-signal test solutions using Teradyne iFlex or Advantest 93K, have experience with C++ or VB or instrumentation control, have experience in semiconductor tests such as wafer and final test, and have strong English language skills.
