Incident Manager - DV Cleared - West Midlands

Our client is looking for an Incident Manager to join their team on an inital 6 months contract.

You will be knowledgeable of the incident management lifecycle as well as conduct daily reports on the volumes of incidents against each customer system and seek to make the processes in place more efficient.

The ideal candidate:

- ITIL V3 or V4

- demonstrated experience as an Incident Manager

- understanding of the Incident Management Lifecycle

This post is DV Cleared and INSIDE IR35.

It will be full time onsite at a location in the West Midlands.
