Design & Development Energy Manager (Renewable Energy)

£70,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus + Progression + Holidays + Pension

Are you an experienced Energy Manager with excellent knowledge of energy management schemes & man management?

This rapidly expanding Energy Provider are leading the way in the energy efficiency market as they strive towards net zero carbon targets. They provide a bespoke service to suit the customer's needs, including advice on how to improve energy efficiency, renewable projects and arranging energy renewals.

In this role, the Design & Development Manager will be responsible for taking the lead on the Design & Development for carbon reduction measures on industrial and commercial premises, such as, Factories, Manufacturing Plants, Breweries, Chemical Plants and more.

In this role you will be meeting with C-level Executives, where you will be carrying out surveys, devising carbon management plans, providing QA support to the team and contributing to department processes and strategies.

The ideal candidate will be a Senior Energy Manager with man-management experience and come from a renewable energy background. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of designing sustainable energy plans and how to turn Commercial premises more environmentally friendly.

Leading the design and development of energy efficiency for Commercial Premises until handover to the Construction teamUtilising a network of 13 countries to ensure you deliver the best possible outcome for the CustomerLead the processes and strategy of the departmentHome based role, travel to sites natation wide

The Person:

Must have a passion for Renewable Energy and a Net Zero Carbon futureAbility to take the lead on projects and manage a team of 20 EngineersConfident in talking with C-Level Executives, such as CEO''s, CFO's, COO's etc.Excellent knowledge of design & development of Sustainable energy schemes
