Are you a culture or employee engagement consultant looking for a new role that makes a real difference?
Do you want a chance to join a team that’s not only driven by a strong purpose and a great culture, but exists purely to help others have the same?

Are you looking for the chance to work with big name clients, but without the hierarchy, red-tape and egos of traditional change management consultancies? Yes? Well, this one’s for you...

We’re a different kind of consultancy that’s grown from start-up to fire-starter in the last five years. We’ve been purpose-driven from day one, and exist to make organisations work for the world, as well as their shareholders.

With teams in London and Toronto, we work as a global team leading purpose-led cultural transformations for clients as varied as Openreach, NatWest, TripAdvisor, Danone, Salesforce, Grant Thornton, O2 and Ella’s Kitchen.

To create big change, we’re extremely fast-paced. We get stuff done. If you don’t like pressure, pace, ownership and the thrill of making exciting things happen on a daily basis, we’re not for you.

At the same time, one of our values is Stay Playful. That means cutting the jargon, leaving egos at the door and making sure that we add a little fun to everything we do, spicing up both our client work and team time to create a culture that gets us out of bed every morning.

And although we work incredibly hard and give it our all, we also take our well-being seriously. That means investing heavily in employee wellbeing training and support, and making sure we aren’t working around the clock. We really believe in creating a better way of working, and this has attracted some of the best industry talent out there (were very proud of our team).

Sound too good to be true? It’s not!

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to help lead some of our most exciting projects - from some of the world’s biggest firms to some of the UK’s most forward thinking and impactful SMEs. This highly varied role will involve overseeing projects, advising C suite and Board members and facilitating high-energy, engaging and creative workshops. You’ll also be applying an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to growing client relationships.

In some cases you’ll be helping to redesign the way people work, or help a leadership team rethink their reason for coming to work. You’ll be working with companies who may not want to change and will need resilience and patience. We need someone who has proven credentials in purpose and organisational transformation.

You’ll be self-starting, driven and diligent, and be able to independently deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment, take curve-balls and work to tight deadlines. You’ll be brilliant at nurturing client relationships and have a background in delivery or different types of projects including purpose and culture change programmes. As with every member of our team, you’ll have an innate curiosity about the world around you and a desire to make a positive impact on it.

Last, but not least, as a small but mighty global team, every single one of us has a key role to play both in terms of our clients, but also in growing and improving the business. So you will be commercially-savvy and have a hunger to build and grow an early stage enterprise.

Key responsibilities will include:

Day to day client relationship building including adding value, ensuring the project’s on track and the client is happy
Planning and facilitating client meetings and workshops (in our high-energy, playful way)
Ensuring multiple projects are delivered effectively, efficiently and to high standards (we work to an agency business model rather than the traditional consultancy model)
Supporting our Director of Global Sales with securing leads, drafting proposals and securing business
Contributing to growing and improving our client experience (and wider culture and operations)

Requirements:

A strong communicator (written and verbally) with good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence (you’re a ‘people person’)
Driven by making people happy and going above and beyond for clients
Can-do, positive and solution-focused, even under pressure
Organised and efficient - able to make stuff happen quickly but to high standards
A resourceful self-starter and a problem-solver, and is comfortable adapting to frequent and rapid change
Entrepreneurial, positive and full of energy and ideas

Criteria:

Proven experience successfully running culture change and employee engagement programmes
Based in the London area or able to travel to London when needed
Experience of working in a start-up environment (preferable)
Experience assisting with winning business and rafting proposals
A high level of competency with MS Office (or Google Suite equivalents)

Benefits:

Salary: £50-60k.
25 days holiday a year excluding bank holidays, but including our office shut down at Christmas.
Pension scheme - if you contribute 5% well add 3%.
Employee share option scheme - you’ll have the chance to have a stake in the business.
Annual group bonus incentive scheme - when we win, you win.
Hybrid working - a mixture of office and flexible location working.
A personalised development plan which genuinely helps bring out the best in you.
An inclusive environment - We love what each unique member brings to the team. You can bring your whole self, belong, feel respected, and have the same opportunities as everyone else.
A strong team culture, flat hierarchy and opportunities to have a real say in the direction of the business.
Regular skills sharing and training sessions in topics such as D&I, giving and receiving feedback and having difficult conversations.
Healthcare and wellbeing benefits, including free therapy sessions and discounts on other health services such as dentistry, opticians, gyms and more.
If you’re interested in applying for this role, please send your CV and a covering note outlining how you meet the criteria above.

We are always looking for good consultants with culture change, behaviour change, organisational psychology, change management, culture transformation experience on a interim and permanent basis.
