We have a fantastic opening for a Programme Manager to step into a head of Department role for one of our Insurance Clients. This role will enable you to strategise and lead from the front to shape the vision for the companies future. They have plans to grow and expand their Dynamics CRM capabilities and Azure functions.

Ideally you should have experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sectors as it is important to hit the ground running with pre-existing knowledge of the Insurance world.

The company have a hybrid approach with 2 days in their Surrey office. Role & ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a highly performant IT department, creating a responsive technology environment which is a pro-active business enabler. Consistently review IT resource and structure to enable William Russell to achieve its' business objectives.Understand the objectives of the organisation's operational functions and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand how IT can better support the company's business objectives. Understand the core operating model throughout the end-to-end client journey in order to add value by participating in key process reviews.Develop governance and SLAs, and ensure adherence for internally and externally delivered services and projects.Ongoing management of the IT investment budget, preparation of supporting strategy and plans in line with the financial objectives of the company.
