With their own steel and timber manufacturing facilities this company are innovative in their approach to modern methods of construction working to spearhead a sustainable built environment. With an increasing workload and promising pipeline of work they are looking for a Construction Manager to join the Contracts team.In this role you will be predominantly based from the office in Derby and working across sites nationally with the majority of projects in London. You will be working on steel, timber and hybrid structures so will need experience with these materials. You will oversee all site managers and project teams across approximately 15 different projects. You will be responsible for ensure all projects have the appropriate materials, labour and subcontractors by developing and managing the supply chain. You will run project review meetings, ensure all health and safety is adhered to, ensure projects are running to KPIs, provide technical support and report into the Operations Manager. You will be working across commercial, educational, retail, hospitality, heritage and residential projects.
