This company are a long-established Autodesk Accredited Training Centre and Authorised Reseller of Autodesk products, based in Larbert.

They specialise in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks training for the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Industry.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Autodesk Instructor to take on the training role within the company, which has been offering CAD solutions for over 40 years.

The position will include delivering training and support to their customers who have grown to expect a high standard from their classroom, onsite and online trainer led courses.

This is a varied and challenging role, covering many aspects of training Autodesk software. You will also be providing support to their Autodesk customer base - dealing with customer issues and requests; troubleshooting and solving problems, escalating where necessary to senior staff and/or Autodesk.

This vacancy is open to individuals who are professionals looking for a new challenge or have studied and/or recently graduated with relevant qualifications.

What you need:

- Degree level or equivalent education (ideally with previous experience of implementing and using Autodesk software)

- Excellent communication skills

- Logical & methodical approach to problem solving

- Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills

- Readiness to learn new products and processes

- Ability to build relationships and support customers

- Driving licence essential as travel may be necessary to deliver onsite training and support

Key responsibilities:

- Provide training and support to end users

- Identify, investigate and resolve issues within Autodesk software

- Log calls into their tracking system, and provide updates to users
