A Semiconductor company based in Munich is seeking a Test Development Engineer to join their team. As a Test Development Engineer you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:Development of automated test programsDevelopment of test suitesSupport the launch of new tests with test housesSupport the development of test standardsTo be considered for the Test Development Engineer you must have experience with the development of ATE test programs on Advantest or LTX test platforms, ideally have experience with high-speed device testing, business level German language skills, be comfortable supporting test houses, and understand the electrical characteristics of IC's.
