Global market leading technology company is looking to hire an experienced Service Designer for their expanding UX and visual design/research team in Limerick. The focus of this team is the complete redesign of a range of SW tools for their customers. They are looking for a talented individual that can bring service design expertise to the team, and help them to map out the entire ecosystem of this range of tools, with the goal of bringing delightful experiences to customers across a broad range of industry segments.You will be responsible for designing the end-to-end journey of new high value services as well as analysing existing systems and services to identify opportunities to elevate them.You will bring together research, design, business and technology disciplines to shape future state of their SW tools and services, working in close collaboration as part of a larger design and product team.This is an opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of this newly formed team, and take a lead in implementing service design processes. The company is based in Limerick, Ireland, and can offer hybrid working (1-2 days a week in the office), plus relocation assistance and visa sponsorship if required.
