A multi-national leader in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Production Test Engineer to join their team. As a Production Test Engineer you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:Developing test programsCreating and establishing new test conceptsSupport the transfer of test package to productionWork with customers for device analysisTo be considered for the Production Test Engineer you must have experience in the use of ATE platforms such as Advantest 93K, have strong experience in C/C++ programming, a strong understanding of wafer test and final test, be comfortable working with external test houses, and have strong English language skills.
