Jefferson Frank are working with an exciting newly formed tech team, based in London. They are looking to on board an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer where you would be working on numerous exciting projects. The role is fully remote working for the moment 6 month initial contract with the strong possibility of being extended on for a further 6 months. Competitive day rate. Working with a small development team, you will be acting as a Senior DevOps Engineer within the team and will therefore play a pivotal role in suggesting the best approach to finding solutions and be able to help drive products from concept to completion. You must have experience with the following:AWS DevOps stack (CodeCommit/CodePipeline/CodeDeploy/EKS/ECS /CloudFormation )Open Source Stack (GitHub/Jenkins/Ansible/Terraform/Kubernetes)Help and guide the development team to educate the process and streamline the SDLC process.Build the CI/CD pipelines and produce best practices for CI / CDExperience in Cloudwatch , Cloudtrail , AWS X-rayExperience in configuring Internet Gateway / NAT Gateway / Route 53 / Bastion server In this role you will be working closely with the product and tech development team, so it would also be beneficial to have the following:Experience with Agile processAmazon Web Services experience.Solid understanding of micro services and Big DataMaintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriateExposure to Jira as a project management tool.AWS | DevOps | 100% Remote| Competitive Pay Package If you like the sound of the role or know someone who would, regardless of experience, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me!
