Business Analyst | £425-450 | Remote | 6 Months | Outside IR35

The Role:My client are looking for an experienced self-starting and well-rounded Business Analyst to support a regulatory and compliance led review of global payroll processes and vendors.The successful service provider will be reviewing the regulatory and compliance matrix, comparing with the current products and services and assessing the existing vendors. This will include conducting a consolidation and review of the as-is processes and a definition of the to-be processes. This will be achieved through the definition of legislative and pay requirements in each region, conducting SWOT analysis and gap analysis. You will be liaising with various global teams and need to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.The team will be working in agile sprints to deliver high level requirements for the product backlog. Requirements will need to be translated into user stories.
