We're looking for user-centred design professionals to join our highly driven and collaborative agile delivery teams. We are working on search and navigation, data, platforms and service reliability, using cutting-edge technologies.
As a Senior User Researcher you will be an experienced practitioner who is able to plan and lead user research activities in larger teams and on more complex services. You will build user-centred practices in new teams and align user research activities with wider plans to inform service proposition. You may also supervise and develop other user researchers to assure and improve research practice.
