The Role:*Managing 4 Shift Manager and 1 Stores Manager

*Developing a team of over 80 through upskilling and training

*Responsible for driving productivity and efficiencies across the site

*Ensuring all regulatory standards are met and working closely with SHEQ and senior management

The Candidate:*Production Manager with 2nd line management experience

*Metals / Foundry / Chemicals background

*Change management skills and some knowledge of SHEQ

*Experience in a trade union environment
