Job Title: IT Helpdesk & Support EngineerLocation: Wickford, EssexSalary: Up to £32,000 Plus Overtime & Travelling/Car Usage ExpensesJob Type: Full Time, PermanentEssex Computers Ltd (ECL) are a long-established small IT consultancy firm offering IT support and management services to small / medium sized businesses mainly in south east Essex.We're currently looking for a new IT Helpdesk & Support Engineer to join our small team based out of our Wickford office. Ideally you will have worked for a small/medium IT Integrator / Consultancy firm and be already confident at dealing with customer support enquiries and problems, from 1st line support onwards.Being flexible at supporting a mixture of desktop, server and general networking environments is essential. We are currently operating a part home / part office based working practise on a rotational basis.Must haves: At least 5 years of experience supporting Windows 7 / 10, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 inc.
